Ingredients & Directions

Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose (HPMC), MCT powder (Coconut) (50% Medium Chain T/glycerides) Medium chain glycerides 50%, Maltodextrin (Maze) 50%, Green Tea (Extract) (50% Polyphenols) (Camellia sinensis), Magnesium (Oxide), Caffeine Anhydrous, Zinc (Citrate), Chromium (Picolinate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Directions: Take 2 capsules daily (or as directed by your GP) with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal.
